Banner Good Samaritan Medical Center is located in Phoenix, Arizona and is a flagship hospital within Banner Health. It is a 600 + bed community hospital serving members of the Phoenix Metro Area since 1911.
The Banner Good Samaritan Rehabilitation Institute offers cost-effective, goal-driven Outpatient Services for patients recovering from physical or cognitive injuries or illnesses. The Outpatient Unit provides Case Management/Nursing, Occupational Therapy, Neuropsychology, Physical Therapy, Speech/Language Pathology, and other specialty services.

Based on the observed benefits in this study, Banner Good Samaritan Hospital will move into Phase Two of this project which includes an expansion of the MediLinks implementation into Inpatient Rehabilitation Services.
